NFL star Travis Kelce found himself in the firing line at Donald Trump’s rally at Madison Square Garden Sunday afternoon.

The Kansas City Chiefs star was bizarrely targeted by comedian Tony Hinchcliffe as the ‘Kill Tony’ podcast host addressed the New York crowd at the famous arena.

The speaker took a sly dig at the tight end as he rattled off the long list of celebrity endorsements for the left, including Kelce’s girlfriend Taylor Swift, Eminem and Leonardo DiCaprio, during his opening speech.

‘I don’t know about you guys, but I think Travis Kelce might be the next OJ Simpson,’ the comedian quipped with the unsavory remark drawing a few sheepish laughs from the Trump supporters gathered inside MSG.

‘Every day, the Democrat Party looks more like a Diddy Party!’ he went on to jab, referring to the infamous ‘Freak Off’ parties hosted by rapper Sean ‘P. Diddy’ Combs, who was indicted on charges of racketeering and sex trafficking last month.

Despite remaining politically neutral to the public, Kelce has somehow found himself in the crossfire amid Hinchcliffe’s attacks.

The comedian’s unnecessary jibe was of course referring to controversial former NFL star Simpson, who died at the age of 76 in April.

Simpson played 11 NFL seasons, nine of them with the Buffalo Bills , where he became known as ‘The Juice’ and ran behind an offensive line known as ‘The Electric Company.’

He won four NFL rushing titles, rushed for 11,236 yards in his career, scored 76 touchdowns and played in five Pro Bowls. His best season was 1973, when he ran for 2,003 yards – the first running back to break the 2,000-yard rushing mark.

However, Simpson’s football legacy was forever changed by the June 1994 slayings of his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, and Goldman in Los Angeles.

Live TV coverage of his arrest after a famous slow-speed chase marked a stunning fall from grace.

The jury found him not guilty of murder in 1995, but a separate civil trial jury found him liable in 1997 for the deaths and ordered him to pay $33.5million to family members of Brown and Goldman.

A decade later, Simpson led five men he barely knew into a confrontation with two sports memorabilia dealers in a cramped Las Vegas hotel room. Two men with Simpson had guns. A jury convicted Simpson of armed robbery and other felonies.

Imprisoned at age 61, he served nine years in a remote northern Nevada prison, including a stint as a gym janitor.

Hinchcliffe’s outrageous and unnecessary swipe at Kelce comes amid the footballer’s public romance with popstar Swift, who endorsed Democratic candidate Kamala Harris last month.

Immediately following the televised presidential debate between Trump and Harris on September 10, Swift took to Instagram and told her 284 million followers that she planned to vote for the vice president.

The megastar said she was voting for the vice president ‘because she fights for the rights and causes I believe need a warrior to champion them.’ She did not attack or call out Trump personally but she signed her backing of Harris with: ‘Childless Cat Lady.’

It is a reference to Trump’s running mate Sen. JD Vance, who said in a 2021 interview with Tucker Carlson that the US is being run by Democrats, corporate oligarchs and ‘a bunch of childless cat ladies who are miserable at their own lives and the choices that they’ve made and so they want to make the rest of the country miserable, too.’

Trump hit back in predictably blistering style on his Truth Social platform, claiming ‘I HATE TAYLOR SWIFT.’

The endorsement sparked fears that it could spell bad blood between the songstress and Brittany Mahomes, her Chiefs WAG bestie after the wife of Kansas City quarterback Patrick Mahomes sparked a liberal meltdown by liking a post about Trump in August.

However, neither of their NFL beaus have publicly unveiled their political stances.
