The 24-year-old musical artist was seen smiling on a break from filming on the fall day in Southern California.
The Old Town Road performer, whose real name is Montero Lamar Hill, was clad in a black tank top with textured dark gray shorts and black boots with a black ballcap on the daytime outing.
The Lithia Springs, Georgia native was accompanied by a phalanx of celebrity impersonators, all clad in white ensembles as the storyline of the video appeared to have a theme in which the group was entering the gates of heaven.
The almost-famous faces formed a line as they walked on a white surface during the shoot.

The concept for the video is similar to one West used in his clip for the 2016 track Famous, as West was seen in a bed with a number of celebrities made of wax models.
Swift was also one of the celebs featured in the clip, in which the depictions of the stars placed the lot of them in an enormous single bed.
Among the stars depicted in West’s clip included Kim Kardashian, former President Donald Trump, Chris Brown and Rihanna.
Lil Nas X has not been an artist who’s been afraid to take creative risks in his career: He raised eyebrows two years ago with a limited edition of shoes critics said had a Satanic theme.
Last month, he garnered controversy over a Halloween costume in which he depicted a used tampon.
Earlier this year, his Met Gala ensemble involved a metallic thong and matching body paint, drawing a number of reactions.
