Incredible footage has resurfaced of Jason Kelce storming off an episode of the New Heights podcast, after brother Travis mocked him for losing a game in the NFL.
The clip, which appears to date back to November 2022 – way before Travis began dating Taylor Swift – was filmed just a day after Jason’s Philadelphia Eagles were handed a defeat.
As Jason tries to explain the reasons for the loss, Travis jumps in to shout ‘choo choo, choo choo… you guys hear that? Is that the excuse train coming into the Eagles locker room?’
There is radio silence from Jason’s end of the call, as Travis tries to move the conversation on, asking his brother a question about clock management, to which the Eagles center gives a very terse one-word answer.
Sensing the awkwardness on the call, Travis says: ‘What? Where did we just go? What just happened here?’

A day later, Jason explained that Travis ‘hit him in the feels’ with his lighthearted criticism
As Jason explained, a sheepish-looking Travis watched on from his home in Kansas City
Jason then tells his brother he ‘might just need a little second here’, before taking a sip of his drink and a bite to eat as he tries to calm down.
He then makes the decision to leave the set, taking off his headphones and walking away, without saying another word to his brother – with whom he usually has an excellent relationship.
The New Heights video then cuts to ‘one day later’, where Jason explains the reason he is wearing different clothes.
‘Alrighty, as you can see I look a little bit different. Travis hit me in the feels a little bit so we decided to postpone the show.
‘We started recording that Monday night, and now we’re back Tuesday to record the rest of it, because I needed to calm down.
‘If there’s anyone who knows how to get under my skin, it’s Travis Kelce!’Â
In the months since that clip was recorded, the Kelce brothers have gone from strength to strength, playing each other in the Super Bowl just a few months later.

The pair regularly discuss the singer on the show, and she is often in attendance at Travis’ games in Kansas City and beyond.
That was the case on Saturday night, as Swift braved the freezing conditions to watch her man beat the Miami Dolphins in the first round of the NFL playoffs.
On Monday night, Jason will get his turn as the Philadelphia Eagles face the Tampa Bay Buccaneers looking to book their own divisional spot.Â
