Hanks, 69, McCartney, 84, and Willis, 56 – who is married to McCartney’s daughter Stella McCartney – piled into a chauffeured luxury vehicle following the extravagant A-list event, held at Madison Square Garden.
McCartney was seen leaving after he performed the Beatles classic I Want To Hold Your Hand during the reception.

Cindy Crawford also made the cut, with the supermodel bringing along her lookalike daughter Kaia Gerber.
