A Scots fashion designer whose dress was worn by Taylor Swift has created a new kit for St Johnstone FC.
The third jersey for the ongoing season by Jade Beatson, owner of the Little Lies label, was inspired by the green dress donned by the American superstar during a dinner with friends in New York at the beginning of the year.
Swift, who has just ended her Eras Tour which saw her play three sold-out nights in Murrayfield, Edinburgh, in the summer opted for the £58 creation by the Perthshire designer on her night out.
The football kit which echoes the crushed velvet vibes of the dress will raise money for Fans Supporting Foodbanks and Scotland’s Charity Air Ambulance.

Jade Beatson was asked by St Johnson’s owner Adam Webb to come up with a design for the team’s new kit
It emerged last month demand for the long-sleeved number is still high with 100 dresses a week flying out of the shop’s shelves.
And the singer has been back for more with a second order sent to her address not long after the night out.
Ms Beatson, whose father Billy Beatson is a former Saints player, said she was contacted by the club’s American owner Adam Webb for the new design.
Launching the kit, she said: ‘Taylor Swift wore our dress and it went completely viral with media outlets across the world.
‘It was not just local or national, but worldwide. We sold a huge amount of the dress at the time and it is continuing to sell well.
‘Adam got in touch with us, he loved the story and loved that it had such an impact.
‘Being an American owning St Johnstone, he wanted to do something to bring it all together. And I’m always up for a challenge.’
