San Francisco 49ers fullback Kyle Juszczyk hopes that his wife Kristin gets to meet Taylor Swift this weekend in Las Vegas after she designed the popstar’s popular Travis Kelce-inspired puffer jacket.

Kristin’s designs were brought to the national spotlight after Swift’s coat gained virality during the Chiefs’ wild card game against the Dolphins in January.

When asked if Kristin will meet Swift this weekend in a press conference, Juszczyk said ‘hopefully’ after narrating how Swift became his wife’s biggest client.

‘It was just kind of this year that she started making clothes for different celebrities and what not,’ Juszczyk said. ‘I think Simone Biles was the first one. And then Deebo [Samuel] had worn the puffer vest of the Brock [Purdy] jersey to our Washington game and that’s when things started to really pick up.’

‘Obviously, once Taylor Swift wore here Jacket, which really blew up, Taylor Lautner as well that weekend, it’s really just taken off.’

Juszczyk also reveled that Kristin started making her own game day clothes due to a shortage of options that met her standards.

‘She’s been making clothes for a long time now,’ Juszczyk said. ‘[She] didn’t really like all the offers that there were for game day. And so she quite literally took it into her own hands and started making her own clothes.’

In an interview with the New York Post, Kristin shared how planning her designs around the games becomes challenging. However, she revealed that her confidence in the 49ers helped her map out pieces accordingly.

‘It’s always hard because you want to save your best designs for the most important games, but you also can’t bank on that you’re going to be in those important games,’ Kristin said.

‘So that’s always kind of difficult just strategy-wise on what I want to put out there. So I don’t want to save those really good designs and then, God forbid, we’re not in those games, which I believe that we will be. I’m very confident in our team.’

Kristin’s confidence went as far as stitching the words ‘Super Bowl Bound’ on her jacket during the NFC Championship Game against the Lions.

‘Always have something up my sleeve!’ she exclaimed.

Other famous names who have worn Kristin’s designs include Klay Thompson, Brandon Aiyuk and Brittany Mahomes. After the jacket worn by Swift gained virality, the NFL gave Kristin a license to use their marks on her pieces.

Over the weekend, Kristin expressed her excitement towards showing off the designs she made for the Super Bowl.

‘I can’t wait for you guys to see my Super Bowl creations!’ Kristin wrote on an Instagram story. ‘I love them all so much. Put my blood, sweat and tears into every single one.’
