On Friday Gypsy attended the premiere of her new six-part documentary series with her husband Ryan Anderson in New York City, marking their first-ever red carpet appearance.
She and Anderson, 37, donned matching black ensembles for the high-profile event.
The series follows her story of being imprisoned under horrific abuse as a child and later for her role in her mother’s violent murder.
Blanchard was a victim of her mother Dee Dee Blanchard’s Munchausen syndrome by proxy.
She suffered horrific abuse at the hand’s of her mother, who forced her to remain in a wheel chair and convinced doctors that she suffered from numerous debilitating diseases, and she was forced to undergo dozens of unnecessary surgeries and procedures for the false conditions.
Gypsy later made national headlines for her role in her mother’s death.
In 2015, her then-boyfriend Nicholas Godejohn stabbed her mother 17 times in her back while she slept, after the two had plotted to kill her for revenge for her years of abuse.
