Conservatives have railed for months about the danger Taylor Swift poses in the 2024 election.

Conspiracy theorists say the pop star is working with Democrats to swing the vote for President Joe Biden.

They worry she’ll direct fans to vote for Biden, and hurt Republican front-runner Donald Trump’s chances.

There’s no evidence that such a plan exists.

In any case, there’s little reason for them to worry about it.

That’s according to a new poll from Axios-Generation Lab.

Even if Swift did endorse Biden, it wouldn’t count for very much, the survey shows.

More than nine-in-ten respondents said any interjection by Swift would not affect their vote on November 5.

Swift has ‘star power, but it doesn’t look like she has vote-swaying power,’ the pollsters said.

She ‘might not have as much sway at the ballots as some pundits suggest, with about 5 percent of respondents indicating she could change their voting plans,’ they added.

The survey came after months of speculation that Swift would endorse Biden this year — as she did in a famous Instagram post with Biden-Harris cookies in 2020.

In recent months, right-wingers have said Swift’s growing stardom and attendance at boyfriend Travis Kelce’s NFL games were part of a nefarious plot to swing the election.

Swift, they said, was a ‘Pentagon asset,’ an ‘election interference psyop’ who, with unnamed liberals plotted to ‘rig’ the Super Bowl and then endorse Biden in the presidential ballot.

Former Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy, former Trump administration official Stephen Miller, and others fueled the theory.

Meanwhile, progressive campaigners organized a petition asking Swift to encourage fans to register to vote.

Even Biden has commented on the madcap theory.

The president appeared on NBC’s Late Night with Seth Meyers on Monday and joked with the host about the plot.

‘Can you confirm or deny that there is an active conspiracy between you and Ms. Swift?’ Meyers asked Biden.

‘Where are you getting this information?’ the president quipped, to laughter. ‘It’s classified.’

The new poll showed that nearly a quarter of respondents described themselves as Swift fans.

Still, they wouldn’t heed her advice on the upcoming election.

Fully 96 percent said they would not consider changing their vote based on a Swift endorsement.

Likewise, 94 percent of respondents said a Swift call for voter turnout would have no impact on their decision to cast a ballot.

‘Swift has the touring numbers, but she won’t sway the polling numbers,’ the pollster said.

Her popularity over the last 12 months has reached new highs.

She was named Time magazine’s 2023 ‘Person of the Year,’ led the immensely-successful Eras tour that raked in over a billion dollars, and bloomed in her relationship with Kelce.

This election will see 8 million new voters in the US electorate — and a total of 41 million Gen Z voters, many of whom are influenced by celebrities and social media.

The nationwide survey of 1,073 Gen Z and Millennial voters earlier this month shows that Biden has other problems than Swift’s lack of influence.

Trump appears to be closing in on his lead among young voters.

Now, 52 percent say they back Biden, compared to 48 percent for Trump.

That’s a huge shift from the 20-percentage point advantage among younger voters that helped Biden win the White House from Trump in 2020.

Biden’s staunch support for Israel is hurting him with younger voters, other polls show.

‘We don’t know enough yet,’ Neil O’Brian, a political scientist at the University of Oregon, told Axios.

‘But this idea that young people are gonna keep populating into the Democratic Party? There are some question marks around that.’
