Emily Blunt has received another nod for her performance in Christopher Nolan’s Oppenheimer as the SAG Awards nominations were announced on Wednesday.

The actress, 40, who played the wife of J. Robert Oppenheimer in the biopic, is up for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role.

The ceremony is set to take place on February 24 in Los Angeles, with the nomination announcement coming after Emily’s husband John Krasinski’s viral moment on the red carpet at the Golden Globes.

The director sparked social media uproar as social media sleuths tried to work out what he said to wife Emilyas they posed for photographs.

In response to a viral video of the duo whispering to each other en route to pose for photos, a number of fans began speculating about what John, 44,  said to his wife.

The theories under a now-viral TikTok video, shared by CBS, were divided over whether he made an innocuous remark about the weather or if the actor was joking about marital trouble.

‘I’ve watched this 500 times trying to convince myself he said something other than divorce,’ one TikTok user wrote while others pointed out that the couple of 14 years were more likely to making a remark about the chilly weather and John was saying: ‘I can’t wait to get indoors.’

Forensic lip reader Jeremy Freeman has now exclusively uncovered the pair’s conversation for DailyMail.com – and confirmed that divorce wasn’t mentioned by The Office star.

Freeman said Emily was commenting: …waiting don’t they’ with John responding: ‘They keep waiting for us. That’s alright.’

Emily then said: ‘Come with me.’

This comes amid social media speculation John was mentioning splitting from his wife, with one TikTok user commenting: ‘Did he say I can’t wait to divorce? And she said hey and he stated I’m serious.’

Another ‘swears’ John said ‘divorce’ but wants him to be saying ‘get through this.’

Others pointed out though that any mention of ‘divorce’ could simply be a joke between the couple. ‘He said divorce. But perhaps that’s their brand of humor/flirting’ commented one fan.

‘Even if he did say that, maybe it was just a joke between them that went over all of our heads lol. Seems like the kind of joke he would make,’ agreed another.

One fan commented: ‘it kinda does look like he’s saying it as a joke, Emily says something first so maybe he was just joking back.’

‘Why would he say divorce with all those cameras and microphones on them?’ pointed out others.

Another theory from fans is that the pair were talking about the very windy weather. One claimed John said: ‘I can’t wait to get indoors.’

Yet more internet sleuths deduced that John said a comment about ‘hors d’oeuvres’ or ‘awards.’

The pair, who tied the knot with in 2010, share daughters Hazel, nine, and Violet, seven.

Despite appearing in numerous projects in 2023, Blunt recently revealed that she made the decision to step away from the camera this year to focus on motherhood.

Emily explained on the Table For Two With Bruce Bozzi podcast, per The Hollywood Reporter, ‘This year, I’m not working. I worked quite a bit last year and my oldest baby is 9, so we’re in the last year of single digits.’

‘And I just feel [like] there are cornerstones to their day that are so important when they’re little. And it’s, “Will you wake me up? Will you take me to school? Will you pick me up? Will you put me to bed?”‘

‘And I just need to be there for all of them for a good stretch. And I just felt that in my bones,’ the actress added.

Over the years, Krasinski has showered his wife with plenty of praise in interviews.

‘I wouldn’t be anywhere in my life without her,’ he told Parade in 2022.

‘As a dad, she pushes me to be better every single day at everything I do,’ he continued.

John added that he looks ‘forward to the next day cause I know it’ll be better than the one before.’

Back in 2016, he told Entertainment Tonight that Blunt is ‘someone that you just pinch yourself that you even get to be around her, let alone married to her.’

‘I don’t know who meets Emily and doesn’t hope that you get to become her husband,’ he said. ‘So, that was pretty immediate for me. But also, my parents have been happily married for many, many years and truly feel like they’re more in love today than they were the day they met.’

Still, at the time, he admitted marriage can be challenging.

‘Marriage has always been an incredibly sacred thing that you’re hoping gets to come your way and something where you get to share happiness with someone else, so I’ve always respected the idea of marriage and wanted to get married,’ he said.

‘I will say it’s tough. It’s a big commitment and it’s hard to look at these different people through that lens, because it’s an intense lens to put anybody under.’

The John and Emily video isn’t the only Golden Globes moment social media sleuths have been dissecting.

Selena Gomez  went viral after her debrief with friends Taylor Swift and Keleigh Sperry during the Beverly Hilton ceremony was caught on camera.

Viewers scrambled to lip read the interaction, deducing that Selena was filling her girlfriends in on an awkward interaction with couple of the moment Kylie Jenner and Timothee Chalamet.

Video from their table showed Selena, 31, Taylor, 34, and Miles Teller’s wife Keleigh having an animated discussion – with Selena waxing lyrical to a shocked Taylor and Keleigh, before the latter is clearly heard clarifying: ‘with Timothee?’ as Selena nods.

Forensic lipreader Jeremy Freeman has exclusively uncovered the trio’s conversation for DailyMail.com – alleging Selena was denied a photo with Timothee, 28, and claiming she feared ‘upsetting’ him and Kylie, 26.

Freeman says Selena dished to Taylor and Keleigh: ‘He didn’t want a picture with me, he said no’ with Keleigh responding: ‘Timothee?’

Taylor then whispered in Selena’s ear, with the Only Murders In The Building actress allegedly saying: ‘I tried, I couldn’t, it’ll upset em.’

On Monday, Selena denied she was speaking Chalamet and Jenner as she posted in the comment section of an E! News post about the incident.

The post was captioned, ‘At tea time, we’d love to know if Selena Gomez was really gossiping about Kylie Jenner & Timothée Chalamet at this year’s #GoldenGlobes.’

Gomez replied, ‘Noooooo I told Taylor about two of my friends who hooked up. Not that that’s anyone business.’
