In a gesture dating back to February 23, the 35-year-old music sensation gave an employee named Robert a six-figure financial boon.
‘Robert, Thank you for your superb work on the U.S. Leg of The Eras Tour!! Your well-deserved bonus is $100,000. Love, Taylor,’ read a personal note from the star.
A photo of the handwritten letter — which was penned on a white note card with a small, floral graphic — was shared by the blog Pop Base on X.
Swift’s record-breaking, $2 billion tour came to a close in December after nearly two years of sold-out shows across the globe.
And during that time, the singer-songwriter seems to have forged strong relationships with her crew, dancers, and other employees.

In 2023 it was revealed that she shelled out $100,000 in bonuses for her truck drivers, who were responsible for hauling her equipment around the country during the US leg of her tour.
Made up of distinct ‘eras’ based on her 10 studio albums, the singer’s tour broke multiple records with its three-hour-long, 40-song setlist.
