Cricket champ Moses Henriques has scored an amazing real estate win after selling off his stunning home in Sydney’s eastern suburbs for a whopping $8.3million.

Henriques, 37, bought the five-bedroom, two-bathroom luxury pad in beachside Clovelly for $3.125million in 2018 with his ex-wife, KIIS FM newsreader Krista Thomas.

First listed for $7.5million earlier this month, the two-storey property took a mere eight days to find a buyer.

Thomas and Henriques bought the original 1930s dwelling on the site as a knock-down and completed the re-build in 2019, reported The Daily Telegraph on Wednesday.

Located 9.9kms from the CBD, the sprawling ultra-modern pad features a sleek eco friendly design and stunning ocean views.

Highlights include a thoughtful open plan design, skylights and a tropical garden.

There’s also an al fresco dining area and BBQ island.

Other features include a Telsa Powerwall with back-up storage.

Henriques is a well-loved cricketer, who has represented in all three formats of the game.

He shares a four-year-old son from his former marriage with ex Krista Thomas.

Henriques and Thomas tied the knot in 2018 with a lovely wedding in Cairns.

The cricket star has been praised widely for talking openly about mental health issues, including his own struggles.

In 2018, Henriques revealed in a tell-all interview that he consistently battled with crippling depression and anxiety.

During test matches, which can last for as long as five days, the cricket star said wouldn’t sleep.

A doctor recommended he check into a mental care facility. But Henriques was so embarrassed that he checked himself straight out.

He couldn’t bring himself to talk to other sufferers, thinking he was so well-off after an illustrious playing career set him up financially, while others in therapy had ‘real problems’.

Despite never sitting in on a group session, Henriques considers this the turning point in his journey.

He likened his battle with mental illness as an ‘injury’, and says injuries don’t always require hospital. But they do require rehab.

Henriques dedicated every day to getting better.

He read books on depression, discussed it with friends and teammates. He interrupted panic attacks with exercise and spoke daily to the n team’s psychologist, Michael Lloyd.
