Travis Kelce and his victorious Kansas City Chiefs team have returned home from Las Vegas – but a week of celebrations are only just beginning.

The Super Bowl champions will hold a parade on Wednesday in Kansas City, starting at 11am as they gear up to parade the Vince Lombardi trophy to the Chiefs Kingdom once again.

Kelce and quarterback Patrick Mahomes led the team to their second straight Super Bowl victory in Vegas, emerging victorious with a 25-22 win over San Francisco 49ers in a gripping game.

DailyMail.com obtained photos of Kelce boarding his 1pm charter flight at one end of the airport. About the same time his girlfriend Taylor Swift and her entourage rolled up to her private plane and boarded it, her security obscured any view of Swift with black umbrellas.

The Chiefs touched down back in Kansas City with the Lombardi Trophy around 5pm local time on Monday.

The tight end Kelce and his team partied until around 5am in Vegas with Swift after becoming the first team in 20 years to win back-to-back Super Bowls.

Kelce boarded his plane wearing sunglasses and a cap, no doubt feeling the impact of a grueling game and a big night of partying.

His Chiefs team also shared pictures of their Super Bowl winners boarding the plane in high spirits after their sensational triumph over San Francisco.

‘Kansas City, we’re coming home!’ the team wrote on social media moments before they left Nevada.

Swift, meanwhile, is flying back to LA to spend the night and getting ready to take a 16 hour, 8000 mile flight to Melbourne at some point on Tuesday, February 13th.

Even though the NFL football season is officially over, its going to be several days before the lovebirds are able to see each other again.

Kelce and the Chiefs are scheduled to have a victory celebration parade in Kansas City on February 14th, while Swift will be heading out to Melbourne for three sold-out concerts starting on Friday, February 16th.

After Swift’s concerts in Melbourne, she flies to Sydney for four dates, on Feb 23, 24, 25, 26, then onto Singapore for six dates starting on March 2nd. Kelce is believed to be flying over to join her at some point during her tour.

Swift raced back from Tokyo, Japan to make the Super Bowl and cheer her boyfriend on after playing four straight nights of her Eras Tour.

But Kelce, 34, will have no issue with basking in the glory of his team’s success up to then.

Before the game, Kelce said a third Super Bowl title was something he wanted more than anything in his career.

And on the field at Allegiant Stadium on Sunday night, Kelce immediately threw down the gauntlet for the Chiefs to go where no team has managed before in NFL history and record a three-peat.

‘You know the goal has always been to get three,’ a euphoric Kelce said. ‘But we couldn’t get here without getting that two, and having that target on our back all year.’
