Women are putting their partners to the test with a new challenge that is said to reveal your significant other’s true feelings and identify any red flags in your relationship. The latest TikTok test – which comes after the viral millennial vs Gen Z challenge – sees couples partaking in the ‘name a woman’ trend in which you ask your boyfriend or husband to say the moniker of a lady that immediately comes to mind.
Women simply ask their boyfriends to ‘name a woman’ – and if their partner says a name other than their girlfriend’s, then it’s trouble in paradise. But while the test began as yet another viral challenge, according to one psychologist, it can actually serve as an indicator of who is at the forefront of your man’s mind, meaning that it can be the ultimate red flag test.
Clips of women putting their boyfriends to the test have gone viral, with the hashtag #Nameawoman having amassed over 37.6 million views. Alix Earle and her athlete boyfriend Braxton Berrios – who have been sharing their loved-up relationship online – even partook in the trend.
‘Name one woman,’ the TikTok sensation said. ‘That’s the question? Alix. How stupid do you think I am?’ Braxton responded as his girlfriend giggled. However, other men weren’t as quick-witted as the NFL player. In one viral video, which has so far amassed over 3.5 million views, influencer Yolanda Diaz put her boyfriend to the test.
After her partner responded with ‘Zendaya’, Yolanda noted that she couldn’t compete with the actress as she gasped. In another clip, one user’s boyfriend named the couple’s dog, Hazel, prompting his girlfriend to burst out in laughter.
Influencer Brooklyn McKnight also posed the question to her partner. Her boyfriend responded with ‘Taylor Swift.’ When the content creator heard her boyfriend say the singer’s name she disappointingly said: ‘Not Brooklyn.’ Her boyfriend – who seemed confused by the statement – responded: ‘Oh sorry.’ Another user’s boyfriend seemed to totally miss the test after he responded ‘Susan B. Anthony.’
When one man said ‘Madison,’ his girlfriend exclaimed that she was ‘done with him.’ A psychologist – who the outlet didn’t name – told Insider that the test was a way to ‘tap into their partner’s unconscious.’ Social media users have flooded the comments of viral videos and claimed that their boyfriends didn’t respond correctly.
Other people on the web shared what their partners said when they posed the question. One user said: ‘My husband said Sofia Vergara.’ Another user added: ‘Mine said Sydney Sweeney.’
Someone else commented: ‘My husband said Rosa Parks.’ ‘My boyfriend said Helen Keller,’ added another user. Read the full story: https://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/article-12842393/Test-woman-challenge-relationship-red-flag.html?ito=msngallery
