Deacon kept coy when asked just how much he pays for rent in a prime location loved by the likes Taylor Swift and Sarah Jessica Parker. 'West Village prices, man,' he replied, before welcoming Simpson inside. The front door opens into the kitchen, which is upgraded with stainless steel appliances. A black spiral staircase is located at the center of the apartment that comes with dark wood floors and a trendy brick accent wall. High-ceilings give the apartment a spacious feel.

Deacon was proud to show off the vinyl records on display in the living area as well as his plant 'Darryl' that sits in a bright yellow pot beside a comfy chair. There's plenty of funky artwork and furniture that give the apartment a retro vibe. Deacon then moved the tour upstairs so he could give Simpson a look at his room that doubles as his music studio.

He has a giant bed and plenty of music equipment lining the walls. Deacon — whose father is actor Ryan Phillippe — has a full size keyboard, a recording setup, a Mac computer and more to help bring his music to life. He gave a brief look at the kitchen, which included a peek at the items in the fridge. After Simpson shared the video to TikTok on Tuesday, Deacon joked that filming the tour 'made me late to class.'

Last year, Deacon's dad Ryan gushed to ET about how 'proud' he is of Deacon for pursuing higher education. 'He's about to go to college for music. That's his primary focus. The acting thing he likes to do, and he will do according to what his appetite for it is, but his focus is primarily music,' shared the Cruel Intentions star.
